All of my trianing is with holding legs on 1/2 inch ballbearings, so I was just a bit outside my comfort zone, but no problem phsysical damage is easy to shrug off it's the mental damage that comes from venturing out into the regular forums that really takes it's toll.

What was that, rednecks with guns, yeah that usually doesn't end well....
